Fall recreation soccer program does not include players at the pre-kindergarten grade level. We will see all of our pre-kindergarten soccer players in the spring.

ELIGIBILITY

DUE DATES

Fall Recreation registration closes 8/31/10. Apply by 7/31/10 to avoid the $25 late fee (waived for Pre-K and K players)

FEES

There is no late fee for Pre-K and Kindergarten soccer registration. Pre-K and kindergarten palyers are exempt and pay $65. Late Fees only apply to older grades.

Fall Recreation Soccer fee: $65 before 8/1/10; $90 after 8/1/10
Travel Soccer fee: $160

CORI / KIDSAFE FORM

SSA complies with Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) requirement that all adults participating in our programs complete a CORI form. It takes less than five minutes to complete and can be found at this link:

When entering the form, the "club name" is Sharon Soccer Association (spelled out). Do not use SSA.

Rec Soccer Player Forms

• Spring MYSA Registration Form - Use this form to register your child for SPRING soccer season only.
• Fall MYSA Registration Form - Use this form to register your child for FALL soccer season only. If you are a U10 (grade 3 or 4) travel player, you will automatically be signed up for fall recreation. There is no need to complete a fall rec MYSA registration form.

Travel Soccer Player Forms

• Travel Soccer: Tryout Registration Form - Use this form to tryout for a travel team. Tryouts for travel teams are held once a year, usually in June. Tryout fee is $10.
• Fall MYSA Registration Form - Use this form to register your child for the entire travel season.
• Medical Release Form - Use this form when your coach tells you to complete it for special tournaments only. SSA does not require this form for rec or travel soccer. If you have questions, please talk with your coach.

Coach Forms

• CORI/Kidsafe Form - This is required for all coaches. See above.
• Rec Soccer: Coach Application Form - Use this form if you want to coach your child on a recreation soccer team. No experience necessary. All parents are welcome!
• Travel Soccer: Coach Application Form (rev. 7/15/10) - Use this form to apply for a position coaching your child on a travel soccer team. While no experience is necessary, SSA does provide licensing/ training and we will reimburse you for the fees. We are always looking for coaches!

Permission Forms

• Girls Soccer Clinic with SHS Girls Varsity Team - Use this form to allow your child to participate in the Sharon High School Girls Varsity Clinic.
• Girls Soccer Clinic at Sharon Middle School - Use this form to attend a Sharon Soccer Association sponsored clinic for girls in grades 6, 7, 8 in preparation for high school soccer.

Camps

• 2009 MLS Camp - Use this form to understand what the MLS is and to register your child for MLS summer camp.
